" I am choosing to have a wonderful day" Say that to your self a few times today. Your words have such an affect on your day. Being a realist,  often the language what is true in the moment.  It's a rainy day and I don't like it or I don't want to go to work. Even if you feel this way, the words add to the emotions you already have. Creating your world is using real words that tell the real story.
