I Am Only Responsible For Today, I Am Only Responsible For Today, I Am Only Responsible For Today, this was the #mantrafortherestofus I posted on Monday (it's been a minute since I've done my Monday mantras), and with breath and awareness I set out to try and do just that this week. And true to form Tuesday it felt like everything unraveled. Did it actually unravel? No, I just think that because I was paying attention to my desire to take one day at a time I was hyper-aware when things felt like they went sideways. This is possibly the REAL reason for a mantra in the first place- a beginning, a start, to approach the rub, the chaos, the swirl, the fear, the anxiety, with follow - listen - stop - breathe - listen - follow - with softness, practice, and the understanding that we won't be able to do it every time, but we can go back and start again, and again, and again building on the expanse "To Be" inside ourselves.
