Ever feel like you’re looking at the world… but not really seeing it? That’s because your real eyes aren’t just the ones on your face. There’s a secret one right between your eyebrows yep, the third eye.It’s like the projector of your inner movie. Whatever you think, feel, and believe—this “eye” sends it out into the world. And the world sends stuff back, which you then interpret. So if you’ve got tons of mixed-up thoughts or feelings, guess what? Your “movie” gets blurry.Today, we practiced saying “I AM a portal of awareness.” That means: I’m not just a body walking around. I’m a gateway. Everything that happens outside is also inside. The sound we made with our voices? That was to help wake up that inner eye and align with who we really are.So try this: next time you close your eyes, don’t just go blank. Imagine a deep blue flower blooming in the center of your head. Feel it opening. That’s your consciousness saying: “Hey. I see now.”
