Send us Fan MailAndrea Edmondson Andrea Edmondson has been an educator and consultant for 30 years working in London, New York, Brussels, Washington DC, Houston and now back in the U.K. The experience of teaching in inner London and six international moves with four children taught her about the powerful impact of stress on wellbeing. Her personal struggle with burnout fuelled her journey to find ways to take charge of her wellbeing, improve her health and enhance her resilience. Andrea’s comprehensive search for easy to use, evidenced based solutions, lead her to the explore the role of the nervous system and brain. She has used a Polyvagal lens since 2016 and she believes a neurobiological approach offers a rich, nuanced framework that can be easily applied in a wide range of settings. Andrea believes that forward thinking leaders, coaches and educators are the pioneers who will transform our society from one that ignores the brain and nervous system to one that learns its mechanisms thereby enhancing their own wellbeing and lives of others. NeuroSmart Learning was created to drive this transformation, to empower leaders, coaches, and educators to understand the nervous system and brain and to equip them with the skills to navigate challenges, and foster environments that promote psychological safety, trust and collaboration. Andrea works with individuals, teams, and organisations from a variety of sectors, including, health care, education, technology, oil and gas, construction and law. [email protected] LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/andreaedmondson/Additional details can be found on www.gemwellnesswarrior.com.auThis podcast allows listeners an exclusive discount on supplements from Unicity, helping to control insulin resistance, gut health, mental health, weight control and type 2 Diabetes,  by applying the following link: https://ufeelgreat.com/gbr/en/c/MartinGillespieSupport the showMetabolic Wellbeing Without the BS is more than a podcast—it’s a growing global movement.
