So it is one of us Okay, so After a gap of a month or so today I did exercise on day one of Heather Robinson's 12 week home workout version 3.0 This is what I wrote under the comment section of the video and YouTube Wow Thank you Heather for posting several workouts workout timed strength core to suit our needs I was looking for a 30 minutes workout consisting of warm-up and a cool down then I bumped into your 12 week 3.0 version Program at first I was resisting because the duration of the workout is close to 40 minutes regardless. I said yes to me day one Without keeping any attachment or whether I will be able to keep up with the 12 week program if I committed to do it I'm glad I completed that day one workout. What a beautiful culmination of warm-up cool down and soothing music My initial resistance is completely replaced with the inspiration to run the rest of my day Plus I'm open to working out day two of your 12 week 3.0 version with you either tomorrow or the day after Thank you for the wonderful service you offer.

It's the only place you have to live in Jim Ron When I did Heather Roberts in 12 week home workout version 1.0 last year I wrote an article after the completion of the days exercise as he scrolled through the published article I felt like sharing the benefits I got in the first week I invited to try some workout programs that may suit your body and write each day.
