Hello and good morning everyone, today is Monday, October 2nd, 2023 and this episode is actually an audio of one of my articles which was published on December 16, 2022 in median.com. So the title is, I build one habit every year during this cold month. This as I said, this was written published in December 16, 2022 and in Tamil this month from December 15 to January 14, or maybe it varies. That period is called, Margary month of Margary month of Margary.
Now the subject again, the title is, I build one habit every year during this cold month and the subject is, Passuram 1, Dhiripavai by Learning Expears. So I have written about Dhiripavai in some other article or maybe recorded a podcast. It is a set of 30 hymns, praising An dal. And I think you might want to check it out right now, I don't have in front of me the link, but I will post the link somewhere.
But the thing is, so again, the subject is Passuram 1, Dhiripavai by Learning Expears. Dhiripavai is chanted early in the morning between 5am and 7am during picture cold in the United States, Danur Masam or month, Margary month, December 15 to January 14. Worship of Lord Vishnu during the morning hours in Thanur Masam is considered highly auspicious. Vishnu's satsanamah is chanted during the period.
Other important mantras chanted are, those dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi. You can learn more here and I have given the link here, I have given the link here and the link is Danur Mas 2022 to 2023, Danur Masam, the Holiness of Thanur Masam. It is a wonderful link, wonderful blog, it is actually Hindu slash blog.com. I believe in worshiping during the early morning hours in the month.
Generally itself, I believe in worshiping early morning, I listen to the sacred chants and I pray and all that stuff. It is a part of the morning ritual, but the more so during this month, I am going to ask myself, how can I be self motivated to get up early in the morning? A couple of years back, the answer was, just make one new Rangoli or column a day and listen to the auspicious Dhiripavai and Dhiram Bhavai chanting. That is a very simple intention, learn and make one new Rangoli or column and listen to the Bhavai and Dhiram Bhavai.
I did that and I got into the habit of making Rangoli consistently, so in the bracket I have given, habit 1. It truly raised my self esteem and helped me with a consistent flow of within, in the class or quotation marks, feel good hormones. So the consistence of feel, flow of feel good hormones like dopamine, serotonin and dolphins and oxytocin. You name it guys, I am pretty sure now people are especially globally, we are well versed with all these food, good feel good hormones.
Even in the day to day speaking or talking the colloquial language, this has become a part of our mainstream language now, these feel good hormones. So here is an article for you to read about these hormones, so I have given the link to feel good hormones, how they affect your mind, body, mind, mood and body. It is the website is www.harlwood.harlwood.edu I could feel that I am contributing to my overall wellbeing, peace and prosperity. Last year when I asked the same question, the answer was, Valita, you just take your listeners and readers on a virtual tour to the temple while you are watching the rituals.
Happy to associated with chanting Kripawi in the morning. That is what I did. Actually it was during I think Covid time, the temples were not, they were all actually allowing the video casting. What happens inside the day TMSA come and all that, so even the Kripawi chanting, everything you could watch through Zoom.
Through the video, YouTube video. So I will share that in my WhatsApp status, so I am probably writing that too. So this is a good deed and would be a high me. High me, HMA means high impact, minimal effort activity.
It will impact lives worldwide. So that is what I used to do. So I used to watch the video of the chanting of Kripawi and the connected Arjana and everything to Lord Vincadishwar, Arati and everything. I would actually take my audience, the WhatsApp audience and then put them in the status.
So I would think that the smallest way how I am impacting my audience, people, my friends, my contacts is sharing this energy of Kripawi chanting. So that they can see, they can hear and they can internalize the beautiful, enriching energy, secret energy. This year I asked the same question, the answer is later, learn one password of Kripawi a day, boldly record a slow chanting of your voice and just let it go. Don't judge, don't, but the moment you start judging, then you start constructing yourself.
Your energy goes from flow zone to the constructive zone. Not a good one. I honored that and I just Google slow chanting of Kripawi, simple. I got several links.
I chose a video with a Tamil script that struck the chords of my inspiration to learn on the spot. No judging and no paralysis by analysis. Here is the final product, the pass-room one of Kripawi. So what I have done is, I have recorded a podcast episode of just the pass-room one of Kripawi, my learning experience on Apple Podcasts.
And then I just put it out, put it out to the universe, put it out to the audience, you know, just like that. Okay, so I have provided the link to that recording, song recording. Thank you for listening and being a part of my 30 day Kripawi pass-rooms, learning journey, building happy three. May you be blessed with abundance, peace and excellent health.
