I call BS on MMLAFLEUR

I have a bone to pick with @mmlafleur - the clothes are super cute BUT, the heavily promoted ad suggesting a woman needs to look like she’s eating nails to be a great #negotiator is total BS!!! Women are excellent negotiators. Women outperform men in representational negotiations. While appearance DOES matter going in with a tough as nails approach has a high and I repeat HIGH chance of a woman receiving backlash. The type of backlash that can cause you to be shut out /ignored / and lose a deal.
