I can change

I visited a tree one winter day. The wind was cold, the branches bare, the ground was white, and all was gray. It looked so still, so tired, so dead. I wondered if it had anything left. I almost turned away. But something told me come back another day. Seasons passed. I gave it time. I visited that tree again when the sun was warm and the world was bright. I barely recognized it. Leaves danced in the breeze, fruits hung with color, birds sang in its branches, life everywhere I looked. The tree hadn't changed overnight. It had been given what it needed: time, space, and the right conditions to grow into what it was always meant to be. People are like that too. We all go through winters. Moments when life feels heavy and hope is hard to see. But within us is the same promise. When we are given a chance, some space to breathe, and support to keep going! We can change. Don't judge a season. Believe in what's possible. Because one day, you might be amazed by the beauty that blooms.
