Letting go is never easy. But there comes a pivotal time in life when we have to make choices for the betterment of our wellbeing. I choose to be free! I choose life! Growing up in Jamaica, we are acquainted with the negative words that our parents and fore parents speak over our lives. Many live with these lies for years and have come to believe that this is the sum total of their existence. This is until they take the time to see and understand what the word of God says about them. We can choose freedom over depression! Life over death!
