I do not hang out with insane or evil people because they are negative, they can hurt me - it is common sense

I have been targeted in my neighborhood by a dangerous African American,white,latino,arab asian mentally ill person who are strangers. They were jealous of me and that is why the system failed if they do not lock up these evil  and insane people because these particular people are dangerous, I cannot hang out with people who have a criminal record, in and out of jail, I cannot out with criminals, drug addicts, no one who was in and out of mental hospitals, or evil ,narcissistic, severe mental illness, ,cannot mind their business, or people who do evil deeds---->  these people are dangerous and evil -anyone that might be evil or is insane
