I do not like meetings. Let's fix it!

I really don't like the current state of meetings in veteran organizations. I have ideas. I don't think they are controversial, other than it's not the way we've always done it. This is a problem that must be talked through and fixed. It's a pain point and I'm not the only one disliking meetings. This episode is less than 10 minutes, even though I could talk on this subject...for hours. Seeking feedback on my "solutions" and what else you might do.
