There are events that are always, in some way or another, a part of human lives. And the celebration of two people choosing to affirm their commitment to one another, known colloquially as a wedding, is one of them! In times of feast or famine, chaos or calm, ideal or challenging circumstances, people will get married. But this increasingly pervasive sentiment that your wedding has to be an event of monumental proportions is not conducive to everyone’s time, energy, or finances. Nor does it have to be! You can plan a beautiful, meaningful, memorable experience for the two of you and your potential guests without breaking yourself, your partner, or the bank.
