Don't overthink the process and just practice being with the practices. • Being Intentional makes all the difference in the world. • Don't worry about not feeling that you're "good" at it. The idea is  to be gentle, be with your body and breath and refocus if you get  distracted using "noting". • There are many other places where  over analyzing is useful. Meditation is not one of them. Just relax, be  gentle with yourself and let go......even if only for 30 seconds.
