I Don't Know How
from A New Human Experience Hosted by Winnie Oftuc
Do you have a BIG dream for your life? A big dream is a goal that you have no idea how you are going to pull it off right now but it would be awesome if you could. Congratulations on having a big dream. This life is not conducive to dreamers. We've been conditioned to be practical and work hard etc... The "I Don't Know How" syndrome is one that is near and dear to me. I've struggled with this one so much so that I feel some what entitled to talk or rant about it. My remedy for getting over the "I Don't Know How" syndrome is first and foremost celebrate the heck about it. Pat yourself on the back that you have big dreams, so big that you don't know how to make it happen. Go to town about celebrating it. Step two, feel your dream. Fully feel what it feels like to be in the reality of already having your dream come true. Be in the vibration of having it. Know that "I Don't Know How" is just words and thoughts. Just because you don't know how to do something doesn't mean it's not possible. Don't dwell on the "not knowing", instead keep remembering the joy of achieving your dream. Allow that joy to be your guide. Take the next step that that joy guides you to take. If you don't know what the next step is, talk about your dream and tell everyone about it. You may not know what the next step is but someone else may know. Share your dream and ask for suggestions and follow what resonates with your joy. When you dream big enough there is no beaten path. Trailblazing is part of the process. Dream Big my dear friends, life is too precious to settle for anything less.
