DO YOU HAVE TROUBLE NOT ENGAGING? I'm the queen of this when someone or something is a trigger. I did it a lot post divorce with my EX & I fell into a trap recently again. I always imagine what the 'perfect response' would be and I do the opposite. Landing myself in Looney Tune Land...again I’m tired of myself doing this while at the same time I tend to want to get out how I feel.
