Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, we struggle to fight against the lies of the mind. Lies like “I don't matter”, or “I don’t want to keep going.” How can we know when we need help against these lies?There’s never been a better time to address mental health, and that’s exactly what we at Community intend to do with our series Mind Matters.
