My guest Gramps Jeffrey shares how he became a writer and the importance of the village on our kid's and grandkids' development and growth. He lives in Arizona with his lovely wife.  He has 4 kids and 6 grandchildren. He looks at how the kids are growing up through his baby-boomer eyes and tries to understand how the world has evolved since he was 3 years old.  Gramps is the author of a few books, including the acclaimed business book "The Secrets of Retailing, or: How to Beat Walmart" and his most recent book "I Don't Want  To Turn 3."
