I give you permission to reprogram your brain. Hello, I'm Dan Clark and welcome. Yes, as a matter of fact, I'm saying to you, that I give you permission to reprogram your brain. You know, we often think that we're locked in a way of thinking, and that's just how it is. But did you know that the perception that you have of the world is so skewed by the past experiences, that often we don't see the world accurately? So let's think about what it would be like to reprogram our brain. Now, that doesn't mean that we can't change things that are happening. It does mean that we can change how we see them, we can change how they affect us, we can change the way that we perceive them. And we can live a life that we create by reprogramming the way our brain functions and the way that it reacts to life around us. That takes a little bit of work, but I promise you can do it.
