I Had Big Dreams And Plans And Got Nothing Done Beyond Dreaming And Planning - Show 24

I retired from professional...everything I was doing, at the end of September this year.  I had big plans and dreams, but three weeks into it I haven't done anything I said I would.  Sitting on top of a mountain this past Saturday, waiting for the sunrise, it dawned on me that it wasn't the million and one distractions I was blaming that was keeping me from doing what I wanted to do, it was my expectations that I had to adjust.  Not to expect less of myself, but to expect more and hold myself to the promises I made by adjusting my priorities.  This week is a whole new week, and you can expect to see a new podcast each day from Monday to Friday.  Ana and I bat this one around covering work, relationships, and realizing your dreams.  I hope you enjoy it and I hope it helps someone.
