I Have Death on My Mind, But That's Ok

from The Renegade Writer's Mouthy Musings · host The Mouthy Renegade Writer

I’m sorry, Y’all. I didn’t mean to scare you.It seems that my new article sort of freaked a few of you out. I wrote and published one a couple of hours ago that talked about what my last day in this life would probably look like. I didn’t mean for it to sound desperate or scary. It was more of a love letter to my Bride, my kids, and family. Mooch, too. You guys, of course.Death has also been a topic that’s at the top of my mind lately. Mainly because of my father’s health issues and not knowing how much longer we’ll have him with us. Transitioning him from living at home to a rehab/long-term care facility hasn’t been easy. He’s not very agreeable about it. So I think about death more lately. And it’s always been one of the few things in life that truly scares me. In today’s podcast episode, I talk about this in depth. And I appreciate you all checking up on me after reading the new article.I’d never harm myself. I love life far too much to ever consider such a thing. I want to be around for my loved ones and the Mouthy Militia for many more years to come. We have work to do, fighting fascism together. I appreciate you lending me your ears on this one, thank you!If you enjoy my daily podcast, I’d love to have your support.
