i have not authorized anyone else to use my songs for sampling, movies, or for artists is because i havent been contacted , i do own all my songs

I own all my songs, copyrighted and published them ,and again in van nuys ,near me ,i had some conartists lie that they gotten permission to use my songs for raps, other artists, movies ,etc but the truth is that is a lie- they said they own my songs and that is a lie- the truth is i have not been contacted, all my songs are registered with BMI and i did not sign away my copyright or publishing but i would be open if they contacted me but no one didnt
