I Have Told You Beforehand
from Drunkenness on SermonAudio Hosted by Todd Fletcher
In Matthew 24:15–28, Jesus warns His disciples of a coming time of unprecedented tribulation, deception, and distress. Yet amid these sobering warnings, Christ reminds His followers that He has told them these things beforehand. In this sermon, Pastor Todd Fletcher examines Jesus' teaching concerning the abomination of desolation, the great tribulation, the rise of false christs and false prophets, and the unmistakable nature of Christ's return. Through it all, we are reminded that God's sovereign purposes will stand, His Word can be trusted, and His people must remain watchful and discerning. How should believers understand these prophetic warnings? And how does knowing what Christ has revealed prepare us to stand firm in the face of deception and uncertainty?
