I Just Can't Let Go (1990/Karaoke/Voice Elimination/Cover/Remaster2016)

In the mid 80's David Pack (lead singer of Ambrosia) recorded "I Just Can't Let Go" as a solo release. It was remixed later and included on Ambrosia's Greatest Hits. In the early 90's, there were songs that some of us were dying to sing, and as karaoke singers without a band someone had developed a way of processing a CD to "vocally eliminate" a lead vocal from a prerecorded track by removing the center frequency. Results were spotty at best, but it often left the backing vocals and some of the music. This song was absolutely one that I had always wanted to do from the time I first heard it, and the remix was even stronger and right up my alley. I only got to sing it once or twice and the cassette recording is not great, but this is as cleaned up as I can get it for now. I'll definitely remake this song some day.
