S2E103: The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy MusingsGood afternoon, Y’all! I’m back with another podcast episode. I had a fun day yesterday, taking the afternoon off to do a little wildlife photography. It was much needed for my mental health. It’s important to do things that are good for our souls, sometimes.Such as taking a wildlife photography road trip. It would be my first road trip alone.I’m kind of surprised that I’ve never done that in the 50 years I’ve been on this planet. I did travel once to visit a buddy who was graduating from college, but I was dropped off at the airport by my wife at the time, and he was there to pick me up in Reno. Getting in a car and driving alone, figuring out where to stay, and deciding where to photograph wildlife would be something new for me.I’m sure it would be a positive experience. I’d likely have fun, even if Mai isn’t there to tag along with me. I know that I should do it. But getting out of our comfort zone at times isn’t easy.
