This film certainly knows all about what you did last summer, but unfortunately it's a derivative requel that isn't able to capitalize on the few good moments of its predecessor. This return to Southport really made us quite frustrated, and we even give it the hard R - "regrettable" - in this discussion about where it all went wrong.
