I discuss the steps I took to cut the cord and release myself from whatever evil presence that had a grip tight hold on me. Thing's get a little deep for me in this one. I dive deep and describe how my addiction impacted my psychological/emotional/physical/mental state of mind.  I also give instructions and tips on how to protect and shield your energy.
