I lose you

They say when you lose someone you lose them once but not with you. No, i lose you every time i wake up in the morning and there are no good morning texts from you. I lose you every time i read a book you told me about and i no longer find poetry written for me within the margin of pages in your handwriting. I lose you every time i sit in a silence and i listen to a song and i know you would have liked it too but i can no longer share it with you.
