At 40 years old, I hit my all-time highest weight: 239.8 pounds. Within 12 months, I lost 60 pounds and built more muscle than I'd had in years. In this video, I break down exactly what made the difference, including something most men over 40 haven't thought about, but probably should.This isn't a generic weight loss video. I've gained and lost weight multiple times throughout my life, from high school all the way through building my business and living abroad in Southeast Asia. But hitting 239.8 was my breaking point.The core principle that's always worked for me is simple: eat less, move more. But at 40, something felt different. Motivation was harder. Recovery was slower. I was doing everything "right" and still struggling to get traction.Getting my blood work done changed everything. My testosterone was sitting at 330 ng/dL, technically within range, but far from optimal.
