Because nothing can prepare you for that level of sheer and utter exhaustion. So this week, Erin and Ruby are talking about the toll that all of these sleepless nights can have on you, your relationship, and the overall parenting experience. You have very little control over when and how your newborn (or you, for that matter) will sleep. But you do have control over how you manage your expectations during those early postpartum months.
