First, The plaintiff says she fell in love with the defendant at first sight, even though she had a boyfriend. They went on to date and then have a child, which the defendant said looked too white to be his. She’s suing her ex for unpaid rent. The defendant says he saw the plaintiff messaging her ex, and so he is petitioning the court for a DNA test because the child in question had blue eyes and blond hair. He’s countersuing for emotional distress. Then, The plaintiff says the defendant is her formerly drug-addicted cousin. She turned her life around, but the plaintiff is suing her for loans and emotional distress. The defendant admits her heroin use landed her in the hospital because of a nearly fatal leg infection from a dirty needle. She’s countersuing for harassment. Plus, The plaintiff says he comes from the streets and spent nine years in prison. Now the reverend has turned his life around and opened a music studio. He says he hired the defendant to work for him, but he’s suing because she allowed her nephew into his studio and he robbed him. The defendant says she was hired to work for the plaintiff, but she insists the plaintiff gave her nephew permission to be there.
