I purchased a commercial property in my SSAS for £11,200

I thought that I’d have a little fun over the last couple of weeks and purchase something that no one would expect. I transferred some of my business profit into my SSAS and purchased a telephone box for £11,200 (plus fees of £1,250 inc VAT) in Central London. What am I doing with mine? I’m first renting it out to my Ltd company for £80/month and we’re going to do a little marketing/educational piece with it (which is why I can’t tell you exactly where it is yet).
