For the love and appreciation of 'we don't know anyone's story'.It rings beautifully true with the last 4-5 weeks where I've been unable to run.  Looking at me, it would be almost impossible to guess that this was my story, and living with this dysfunction has been fascinatingly disruptive to my life.Little did I appreciate how helpful it is to KNOW I could run across a street if needed!So here's to knowing, we don't know! Much about anyone, including ourselves ;) that old subconscious programming does a GREAT job of running our life for us!Here's to kindness, compassion, opening doors, sharing smiles, letting people into the traffic.Here's to adding a little something to someone's day.1%er by 1%er...
