TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Hello and good evening everyone. Today is April 28th and I'm recording this episode from Bangkok. I feel a little different because I'm used to recording this from the United States. So as I'm traveling I said, okay let me record one episode and feel the weird, weird, and it's okay.

And see whether I'll be able to continue recording future episodes from a different country, a different place, get out of my comfort zone and check for myself and that's like if I can do that then it's like a feather on my cap, right? Okay, so the title is, I realized this when I speak in the second person to me, trust me, it is not real. And the subtitling is, when you do that compassion and intrinsic motivation flows through you. A few days back, a burning simple desire from my inner productivity queen, LOL, nothing out loud.

Meet me ask the following question, Lalita, you have been hosting solo podcast for over two years. You have written in meeting publications for over a year and a half. You have said your new desire by doing three YouTube review shots. Now find a way to integrate all these.

I guess during my, I guess doing the affirmations and conscious empowering and responsible self-talk is helping me ask these questions. As you can see in the above words, I'm unconsciously acknowledging my achievements with compassion and gratitude within bracket by talking in the second person, you, I've got out of my associating, I associating my with my face, my body, my emotions, getting out of that and you, the second person, as though my friend is talking to me and she says to me, Lalita, you and at the same time, just as a parent who encourages a child to go to the next level, suggesting a new idea. I'm inspiring myself to take up a new project. Two things have happened here.

I don't have external pressure to do a certain way or am I seeking any approval from an authority figure. I feed my intrinsic motivation, compassionately to take responsible action steps with faith, fun and a creative mindset. This is way different from extensive motivation, which comes from outside. What happened?

Today being the weekend after I nourished my body with 14 minutes of a beautifully and brilliantly structured home worker program by Heather Robinson, I got the strongest desire to start this new project. I use the Anchor app. At the time of recording now, it has become Spotify app because Anchor has merged. That's 45.

I use the Anchor app on my phone to create my podcast episodes. I use my laptop to write and publish in medium.com. I use Canva and YouTube applications to create YouTube shots. Now you can imagine my thoughts.

Yes, you got it right. YouTube shot or article or podcast episode, which one should I begin? This is what I did. I use my cell phone to watch Heather Robinson's video and workout.

As soon as I was done, I was enthusiastic to share my workout experience. I said to myself as YouTube as YouTube shots duration is under a minute, what three questions come up to me right now that I can answer in one minute and impact my audience. I open my cell phone's notepad application and wrote three questions and answers quickly. Then I created the video in the Canva app and uploaded the MP4 format video to YouTube.

Number one, here is the link to YouTube shot. I focused on completion versus perfection. So in my article, which I'm going to give the link in the description in this podcast episode, you can see the link to the YouTube shot done and created. And the title for that YouTube shot is these questions help me get inspired before, during and after workout.

Number two, here is a link to my podcast episode. I'll give that also. Number three, you're reading the article. So for the people who are reading my article, I've given the link to their written article.

So I'm super happy to share my entire experience with you. I hope I'm inspiring you in one of these ways so that you can take one action step and run with it. Be compassionate to yourself and be conscious of yourself. Talk when you get inspired by a new idea, be bold to try new things, embracing your core values.

You can you can also create your podcast or articles or videos. Take one step at a time. Thanks to Dr. Brielakarosi, Sahil Patil, the many Chinese story writer for the following publication, the editors and writers for helping me learn more and become better and better.

So have you provided the link to those publications, Dancing, Elephant Press, Recyclerical, Six-Word Photo Story Challenge. Finally, the blurb.
