Should it be more difficult for learner drivers to get their licence? The RAC has called for a radical shake-up of driver training in the UK. This is the plan... Everyone should have to spend a year driving at night and in the winter before they even take their test. No-one can carry passengers until they've had their full licence for two years. Also if you pick up 6 points within your first three years behind the wheel then you'll have to sit your test again. Kevin tells Jonathan there are more dangerous drivers out there!
