I Show Up

Kathya Reppart sold one bag of coffee on her first day in business — July 4, 2022. She opened the next day anyway. Four years later, Kilates Coffee Roasting Co. is one of the Coastal Bend's favorite coffee companies. In this episode of Straight Talk / Connector Spotlight, Alan Decker sits down with Kathya at Kilates in Corpus Christi to talk about showing up — on the sad days, the happy days, and every day in between — and what it really takes to build a business a community rallies behind.
