Trigger warning: Talk about depression and anxiety. First of many first episodes for me, I am exploring a new version of podcasting. After several attempts at creating, I'm finally doing what I love, talking. Honest conversation with myself and listeners about real life situations and feelings that need to get out there.  This particular episode is very vulnerable for me. I have and will not edit anything. I refuse to.
