Heather Hour Pod
by Heather
Heather here. Recently I've decided to go braless, stay in my PJs as long as possible and all around not give a f*#@. In the best way! Raw, totally unfiltered conversations about whatever is on my heart. We all just want to live, right? I know I do. I'm tired of hiding who I am, holding back what I need, and keeping quiet for fear of insulting someone. Life is too short to hide from honest chats, especially when they come from the heart.

Letting go
Letting go from a human design perspective. Here is where you can create your free human design bodygraph: www.mybodygraph.com or www.geneticmatrix.com If you're utterly confused after checking out your chart, feel free to SEND YOUR BURNING QUESTIONS HERE. I will do my best to answer. If you're looking for more depth, feel free to ask me for a reading.

Holy Eff I Had a Baby
Trigger warning: Birth story talk. If you're triggered by childbirth, pregnancy, etc, start listening at minute 28 to skip. If you're triggered by discussing breast cancer, do not listen to the latter half of the podcast episode (after minute 28). I go over what I've been up to for the past year. Yes, it's been a YEAR since I last recorded a podcast episode! Surprise, I had a baby! It's been a wild ride this year for our household, adding a baby and family traumas that remind us all to enjoy and savor every damn moment with our loving people. xo-Heather

I think I need meds
Trigger warning: Talk about depression and anxiety. First of many first episodes for me, I am exploring a new version of podcasting. After several attempts at creating, I'm finally doing what I love, talking. Honest conversation with myself and listeners about real life situations and feelings that need to get out there. This particular episode is very vulnerable for me. I have and will not edit anything. I refuse to. If I start, then I might freak out and delete it all. Here's the article I refer to with the less-than life-expectancy of untreated ADHD adults/children: https://chadd.org/advocacy-blog/new-research-suggests-untreated-adhd-reduces-life-expectancy/ Here's the amazon link to the book I'm planning on reading: Radical Guide for Women with ADHD: Embrace Neurodiversity, Live Boldly, and Break Through Barriers I hope any and all of this episode find you a bit less alone in your human experience, a bit more informed, and safe in your spaces. xo-H
