I Took The Extreme Minimalism Challenge: 100 Items ONLY!

from Personal Growth, Motivation, Life Advice & Biohacking Podcast By TranscendYourLimits.com · host Transcend Your Limits: Growth & Biohacking

So I took the challenge. EXTREME MINIMALISM. I have now, only about 100 items. That’s it, I sold or threw away everything else, and this has brought me a lot more peace in my life. I don’t have to worry bout lots of little things clogging up the house and my mind, I ONLY have the items I love and need/use every day or every week. This is a bit extreme for some people but I wanted to try the minimalist challenge! What do you think? Make sure to follow and subscribe to the lucid dreaming podcast!
