I was joined by Robbie Aaron in this latest episode of Can’t Find My Way Home. Robbie talks us through his musical and expat journey from growing up in LA to now residing in Munich. We get into how Robbie’s early days as a teen were spent playing in punk bands, finding structure in the music and some ups and downs along the way. Fast forward to January 2021 and Robbie found himself in Munich, to start a new chapter with his girlfriend whom he’d met while in LA. We get into the significant changes  and pace of lifestyle between the two locations, where Robbie found inspiration for new music, and the writing process. Robbie lifts the lid on the future of the band, forthcoming new material, the single ‘break the cycle’, the spotify algorhythm, and the artisitic joys of making music videos. In the Top 5 we talk Nu Metal, why we should be listening to Authority Zero, Breaking In A Sequence, Social Distortion… The House of Blues in Anaheim, and we get a bit philosophical about just what is good music…and the inclusive nature of the punk music scene.
