Today’s solo ep is a bit of a different one, as you may (or may not) know I have recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s which is a thyroid autoimmune disease. I had alot of DM’s requesting I share what I am doing moving forward so I thought I would put it all in one spot. OBVS I am not a medical professional, this IS NOT medical advice and you should seek your own medical advice. However as I share everything with you, I just explain my diagnosis, my treatment and some lifestyle changes I am making.
