from The Habit Coach with Ashdin Doctor · host IVM Podcasts
Episode #723Funfact : Did you know that the words 'Shall' and 'Will' technically mean very different things, but are now used interchangeably?Ashdin shares why it's important to use these words in the right manner. When we say "I want to lose weight", it just remains as a wish - as opposed to "I shall lose weight" - sounds like you're more committed to it. For making this into an even more powerful as a habit, Ashdin suggests we should start saying "I'm going to..". instead of 'Will' or 'Shall'. "Going to" is an ever more stronger commitment!Send questions to Ashdin Doctor for The Habit Coach Hot Seat Below: (https://forms.gle/13vgf4MAk7zYKBd38 )You can listen to The Habit Coach Kannada Podcast here: (https://ivm.today/3j0Libf )Check out the Awesome180 website: ( http://awesome180.com/ )You can follow Ashdin Doctor on social media:Twitter: ( https://twitter.com/Ashdindoc )Linkedin: ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/ashdin-doctor/ )Instagram: ( https://www.instagram.com/ashdindoc/ )Facebook: ( https://www.facebook.com/ashdin.doc.9 )You can listen to this show and other awesome shows on the IVM Podcasts app on Android: https://ivm.today/android or iOS: https://ivm.today/ios, or any other podcast app.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
