I Wrote a Book titled, Get Uncomfortable in 2008 and I Read It Today!

Today is all about Get Uncomfortable the book. In 2008/2009 I started writing a book titled Get Uncomfortable which documented most if not all the most uncomfortable situations I put myself in growing up but somehow fell back to conformity and into the welcoming arms of comfort. Back in 2008/2009 I had no idea about The Comfort Killers or what the hell Get Uncomfortable was going to turn into – there wasn’t a podcast. No website. No business plan. It was just me writing in my 20s about my life. I made it available on Facebook to my friends and family in that same year. I wanted to see how it would translate. So I stopped it at the preview version and today I am going to give it to you all. This will be a two-part series of me reading a book I started titled Get Uncomfortable in 2009. Life is amazing. Look how these seeds were planted. As a disclaimer: I wrote like a rapper in this book. There are slang words, bad grammar, Jamaican lingo and other formatted text that I WILL be leaving in there.
