IAB Studio: Digiaudiomarkkina jyrkässä nousukiidossa

IAB Studio jaksot ovat napostelupituisia podcast jaksoja päivän polttavista aiheista ja tällä kertaa Miran vieraana on Elsa Kalervo Bauer Medialta ja Riina Aho Radiomedialta. Jaksossa puhutaan mm. digiaudion markkinaluvuista, juuri julkaistun Näin suomalainen kuuntelee - digiaudiotutkimuksen päälöydöksistä ja digitaalisen audion kokoajan nousevasta vaikuttavuudesta muiden mediamuotojen rinnalla. IAB Finland on nyt toista kertaa estimoinut digitaalisen audiomainonnan markkinaa Suomessa. Ensimmäisen kerran markkinaa arvioitiin viime vuonna, jolloin kokonaismarkkinan  arvioksi saatiin 5,6 miljoonaa euroa. Tänä vuonna sama luku oli huikeat 7,1 miljoonaa euroa, eli nousua on tapahtunut jopa 27% verran. Tämä tarkoittaa siis, että digitaalinen audiomainonta, mukaan lukien podcastit ja muut digitaalisen audion alustat, on nousemassa yhä keskeisemmäksi osaksi mainosmaailmaa. Käy lukemassa aiheesta julkastu tiedote TÄSTÄ.Näin suomalainen kuuntelee tutkimus tehtiin niin ikään toista kertaa yhdessä IAB Finlandin digiaudiotyöryhmäläisten ja markkinatutkimusyritys NEPA:n kanssa. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli tarjota kattava ymmärrys suomalaisen audiomedian tavoittavuudesta ja kuuntelutottumuksista. Tutkimus painottui erityisesti digitaaliseen audioon tarjoten ymmärrystä sen kasvavasta merkityksestä FM-radion rinnalla.
