Ian Hawes, CEO of ImmiTranslate: How Ian dropped out of college, became a CTO at 23, and then launched an immigration translation tech startup

Immigration Tech Talks - With Ian Hawes, CEO of Immitranslate. On this episode, I speak with Ian Hawes, who dropped out of college, was the CTO of a tech company in his early 20s, and eventually founded ImmiTranslate, a web-based platform that provides immigration-specific translations. We spoke about:   How Ian began coding at 11, and dropped out of college to take a full-time job as a developer, rose to the ranks of CTO in his early 20s and the opportunities and challenges that presented. Ian knew he wanted to start his own company, so he left his CTO role and went through a few failed startups. Ian and his friend and eventual business partner came up with the idea of ImmiTranslate after his business partner's challenges getting immigration documents translated. Listen to Ian's thoughts about where the immigration industry is heading next and where technology fits in. More information on Immitranslate below: https://immitranslate.com/how-it-works
