Today for our souls sake, I sit down with Ian Nene, a former actor, model and public figure who is focussed on sharing ancient wisdom from the East throughout the heart of London today. Having lived as a monk for over three years, Ian has thrown himself deep in the practices of yoga, mantra and looks to share that with us all in exciting and dynamic ways!
