Back in the day, our guest this week Ian Rawlings played Australian television's most notorious bad boy come playboy Wayne Hamilton in the long-running soapie Sons and Daughters, and he loved every minute of it. As Ian tells Sarah and Kevin, nothing was off limits for Wayne, but Ian was also having the time of his life acting alongside the likes of Tom Richards, Rowena Wallace, Brian Blain and Leila Hayes.

Ian updates us on his life today, his signature dish and how his time on Neighbours as Phillip Martin allowed for his sweet tooth to be indulged.

The Food Poll heads down the biscuit aisle again as we pit two Arnotts cream favourites against each other, vying for the Tea Cup. It's Monte Carlo v Kingston
