We ask James to explain how he arrived at this idea, especially as the title character in a female and he is neither Indian nor female. 4:40 pm Chris a Tomlinson is an acclaimed business columnist for the Houston Chronicle who has kept a sharp eye out on the electricity marketplace that Is monitored and operated by ERCOT. He has found many shortcomings and areas where the cozy relations between the power generators, gas suppliers and ERCOT have led to higher prices for consumers.
