Current plans are for part of it to be converted to affordable housing, while the other parts will be carved out later. We wondered how malls in general are faring as there are plenty more that are performing marginally nationwide. We turn to Naveen Jaggi, President of Retail Advisory Services of the global real estate giant, JLL, for some answers. 4:50 pm How is the real estate market accommodating these changes? For example, how easy is it to turn an office building into residential condos, or for that matter a grocery store into a fitness club?
