Currently, there are over 3.5 million prostate cancer survivors living in the US and roughly 333,830 new cases are expected to be diagnosed. While it is the second-leading cause of cancer death in American men, it is highly treatable with the 5-year relative survival rate approaching 98%. We turn to oncologist Dr. Sanjay Mehta who specializes in treating prostate cancer – as well as breast, colon and lung cancers – to explain how to handle this disease.4:50 pm The 12th International Day of Yoga will be commemorated on Saturday, June 20 with a huge celebration at Midtown Park spearheaded by the Indian Consulate.
