On this episode we get an authentic slice of New York (I'm walking here!) attitude with the irascible Lewis Schaffer. Lewis eats meat, raw meat. As far as we can tell he isn't dead or constantly ill so maybe everything we've ever been told about food preparation and diet in general isn't as irrefutable as we thought. Lewis allows himself to think those things you aren't supposed to, kicks the idea around and then doesn't feel he has to reject or commit to it.
